Lip volume replacement procedures are commonly requested in clinic settings and require clinical judgement, technical skill, and an understanding of facial anatomy. This mentoring and shadowing course covers the clinical principles and practical techniques used to plan and perform lip treatments. On completion of the course, participants will have a theoretical foundation and supervised practical experience to support the provision of lip procedures within their scope of practice.

Course Requirements

• Participants must be AHPRA‑registered nurses or doctors
• Participants must have prior training in facial anatomy and relevant foundational theory.

Course Duration

The course runs for 3 hours and includes a mix of lectures and supervised practical sessions.

Course Assessment

Participants will be assessed on knowledge of clinical principles, technique, and aftercare. Practical competence will be demonstrated during supervised sessions on a model.
